What is our return policy?
While we hope that you will enjoy every purchase with Paul D’rio, if you are not completely satisfied with your item/s we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange. You are entitled to a refund or an exchange if you return your item in perfect saleable condition, unworn with all original labels and tags attached within 7 days of receipt. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.If you choose to return any products to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them in transit and, for this reason, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. If returned products are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to charge you (or not to refund any amounts attributable to) such loss or damage.
Unfortunately we do not offer returns to overseas customers.
